- eat nothing at all: still fat
This is the only reason I’m excited to go back to school.
So I can flaunt my muscles and make everyone jealous ;) haha
It’s not rocket science. Eat plenty of good food, drink enough water, get enough sleep, and kick your ass in your workouts. Results will come, just give it time
